I’m one of the cast in 'Our Shirley Valentine Summer’, alongside Melinda Messenger, Sian Lloyd, Nancy Dell’Olio, Ninia Benjamin, Lizzie Cundy, Annabel Giles and Ingrid Tarrant, from the makers of ’The Real Marigold Hotel’. We escape to the Greek island of Naxos for the month of May – rediscovering ourselves and some of us even looking for love. We live together under one roof, as we explore the islands, the challenges of communal living and the ups and downs of dating.
We're all single and at a crossroads in our lives. All of us share a desire to try something new or pursue long-held dreams. Some want the opportunity to learn a new skill or test-drive a new career. As a recently qualified yoga teacher, I spent time in the open air, by the sea, working on my poses and teaching the others. What fun we all had…
